Bio
Chloe MacDonald is an audio engineer, producer, and musician based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
A graduate of Acadia University’s School of Music and NSCC’s Music Production and Engineering program, Chloe works as a live sound engineer, mixing for bands, artists, and events. She currently works at the Alderney Landing Theatre as a sound and lighting technician. She also collaborates with independent artists, offering recording, mixing, and mastering services.
Beyond the studio, Chloe has experience as a jazz and classical vocalist, pianist, and violinist and has worked across multiple genres, giving her an ear for detail and the ability to adapt to different styles, helping artists bring their unique sound to life.
Chloe also sits on the board of Food for the Ears Society, a non-profit music festival that brings together artists and community to support food security initiatives. With a background in music and audio production, she is passionate about empowering local talent and making a meaningful impact through the arts.
